Next PR update?

Many of the steady PR's on many sites are all messed up tonight(fluctuating). Usually an indication

I have a few new sites which should jump from PR0 to at least PR5...

how long does it usually take Google to finish the update...?

as of right now none of my pages have changed

still PR0, but I think that may be about to change
