the internet was designed especially to withstand nuclear attack. when it was ARDPA, advanced research defence something... when your ISP gets blasted the packets just get rerouted so the message always gets through.

The Internet in several parts of the world was Offline on 9/11 and that was not even close to a nuclear attack... I hope the internet is better today and much more in the event of a nuclear attack.

Then, you can be sure it will get a high value but how many people to buy it?
