NYC.biz

I know there were bids and backorders on at least 6 drop services for this one. Was happy we caught it. Now do we sell it or develop it?

Ideas on reseller or end user value?

Thanks for your input.

If not developed, I'd be patient on that one and just wait a while rather than sell it.

Very nice, StockDoc.

Nice Grab Stoc!!!!!! NYC is the financial capital of the world. This is what you'd call a perfect 3 letter domain in the .biz extension. Not sure what the current value of this domain is, but you shouldn't have any problem moving on this domain in the future.

note: hold on to this one, and sell only if you get a reasonable price....

I'll take it off your hands...

Great name, one of the best .biz names out there IMO, so many possibilities. I would try developing it, and dont take a penny less than $4000 right now...

This is one awesome name.

Thanks for the input so far. Have to decide soon. Selling / Developing?

Still a difficult decision to make.

Like Jack Nicholson said in Prizzi's Honor.

Do I wack her? Do I marry her? Which one of deese?

Depends on the payoff I guess.

I would take the quick $300 offer , it will save you a lot of headaches deciding what to do with the name..

I'd sure like too Stoc.. very nice .biz .. not to mess with anyones offers (nic knows he isnt going to get it for 4 bills ) but remember I sold a .Biz not of this caliber for $1400 last year. . ..

reseller 1-2k . end user ..well over 2k .. wouldn't suprise me to see someone offer 20K .. just has to been seen at the right time by the right people..

if your willing to take only $400 or $500 for the quick flip on this - I'd say dont. It's not _that_ much of a profit to make it worth it... If you really want the quick cash out of it, I'd suggest trying out Pool's new auction market place. Due to the newness of it, it might get alot of attention and you could end up getting alot more for it.

trust me, stoc aint looking for no $400-500. He knows very well (like most of us) that prices with less than 4-5 digits won't do for this name

Best of Luck with it stoc, that is a friggin GEM. Definitely hold on to it for now

If you decide to develop let me know. I am thinking about developing www.NewYorkBusiness.org, and www.NewYorkRealty.biz. We could do some reciprocal linkage if you were interested.

P.S 'NYC" is only going to get more famous with the next installment of "The Apprentice"

ya - I'm thinking the same thing - I've got NYCproperty.com - and it gets a few type-ins each day too.
