Is this worth keeping? Is it worth anything? Ive seen the London Olympic commitee stopping people using bits n pieces for the 2012 olympics but not much on the 2008 games TM situation. Any thoughts? thanx.

Highly protected trademark - surprised you have not heard from the Olympics committee although posting here should help. :)

The UK is putting out c&d's on those names that even have a reference to London/England/2012 - let alone Olympics - drop it asap.

The Olympic Committee is notorious for protecting their TM. End users aren't likely to want such a name and resellers won't touch it - let it sit, let it expire.

Speaking of TM... when I was in Europe, I saw a company named OLYMPIG spelling with the G instead of the C. Does this violating the Olympic tm?

I said you should sell the name if you can. I did receive offers for my olympic domains before but I didn't sell. It turns out that I cannot park them due to TM issue now. My Olympic domains are just sitting there earning dust.
