Tricky one. I don't think the hyphen is a great problem, obviously it reduces value in the eyes of many buyers, but I think more the issue would be the censorship of online gambling sites in China which would limit the exposure of not just this, but many online casino sites.
In light of the fact that Google would weight it in Google.cn and it wouldn't rank in Google.com, it could be a tricky one to shift. As an investor in online casino domains and working as an affiliate in that sector, it would be a risky purchase right now, but times they are a changing and it could be worth more in a few years if you are prepared to wait.
Also bearing in mind what's happening in Macau, that could work in your favour.
Right now? high $xx/low $xxx at best I'd say. But in 3 years? maybe more.
