It's a bit redundant, too.

It's like PIN number, CRC Check, and VIN number etc.

Domain itself is reg fee, maybe high $xx to an end user.

There is also a lot of competition for this since they are huge now and many are even free now.

My best advice - find a nice relevant WP template, throw up a blog with some affiliate links (ad rotate would be a great help), and make it a news site. Update it 1-2 times a week at least and get some good backlinks.

If you are successful and has consistent revenue from sales, you might be able to sell it on a set # of months' revenue.
