I continued with the deal and atillio did not send domainp any funds whatsoever I sent funds now the domain is sitting in wonderland with phone numbers thats not working he is taking some speculation and ruined his deal of ever possibly owning the domain in the future he broke all business man rules on this aquisition and he needs to transfer the name to me as soon as his phone begin working!!!!

I still don't know where we are here. Everyone is saying that Atillio controls the domain name. If I look at the whois right now, it appears to be registered to Domainp.

One fact that everyone seems to agree upon (except the whois) is that Atillio currently controls a domain name that he didn't pay for. Having this control, Atillio has assumed the role of a court of equity, and has stated that he will decide what to do with the domain name when his standards of evidence, whatever they are, are satisfied. I can understand the sentiment, but I'm not convinced that it is a good idea to get into the business of doing good by stealing things from thieves in order to return the things they've stolen to their "rightful" owners (as determined by one's personal sense of what is "right").

Now, if this domain name is under Atillio's control, the idea (as I understand this mess) that opencg can wander in and pay domainp $3,000 and then demand that Atillio turn over the domain name to opencg is, to put it mildly, absurd. This is something of a mess, but it is crystal clear that Atillio is not obligated to opencg for anything.

If Atillio wants to keep the domain name, then he should comply with his agreement to pay the $3,000 to whomever he got it from. If he does not want to keep the domain name, then he should return it to whomever he got it from. If a prior eBay seller claims that he was stiffed, then that prior eBay seller should pursue the remedies available to him.

I'd posted that fact winfreecash, opencg is not listening. He posted email address on page 5 which means he had 5 pages to figure out that something was fishy.

As the lawyer stated opencg which I also said Atillio does not have to transfer the domain to you but he will have alot to read whenever he logs on. Let Attillio have a great day before he receives a headache from all of this mess.

1) Attillo did not steal the name
2) If people never got involved, the crooks would always win
3) What is right here is not a far fetched "personal sense of what is right".
4) I wish more poeple had stamina to wait out the storm to decide what is the right thing to do.

The way he came to rescue Domain P was no coincidence. It lacked anything close to business judgement. Thus, it appears to me to be calculated.

How bout some more info from the original holder as to what happened there and then move on to where it is now? IF he never got the original check...does that not still make him owner?

As to anyone questioning atillio's integrity.... there is no question what so ever of his integrity, We should have as much as him. Anyone that knows atillio will say the same.

opencg....as to your purchasing this name, why you would put yourself in the middle, this is insane. Domainp was not the owner anymore to sell the name to you, he sold it to attilio he was just waiting on payment.

So your deal means nothing unless Attilio decides to pass on the deal....until then he is the buyer not you. The idea that you would send 3 k to a questionable stranger shows a lack of good judgement on your part.

Man this thread is better than reality TV! Who needs cable tv.
