Hello, im slightly new to the buying and selling of domain names, though I have been dealing with them for quite some time now. Anyways, I was hoping someone could give me an appraisal on this small portfolio:

OurAreas.com
OurAreas.net
OurAreas.org
OurAreas.info

Could I make more money if I sold them individually or would it be better to just sell them all in one? Or should I not sell them at all and develop a large community? Thanks for the help.

Would have thought that it would be best to sell as a collection of names rather than try and sell them individually.

Development would probably add more value

Yeah, I was thinking if I priced them out seperately I might make a bit more. Any more suggestions?

Most the time when you don't get a rely on an appraisal request it's because people are being nice (happens to me all the time...).

The problem is neither is a strong keyword. "Our" is like "a", "the", "this", etc. in that it can tacked onto anything. In this case it just seems to add length and not value. An example where it might add value could be "OurDesire". That aside, "area" also doesn't bring any vivid images to mind (for me anyway). And the non-plural version would seem more natural.

Thoug I don't think you're playing in this area, below are a few sales with the word "our" or "area"

ColorOurWorld com $488 Jan 06 AfterNic
NinfoArea com $1,000 Feb 06 Sedo
OurJewishCommunity com $2,500 Feb 06 Sedo

My $.02. Hope this was helpful.

Cheers,
