i think you overpaid.
it's a backwards term in every day english.
then again...maybe you can do a flip idea or something, but it would have to be very creative and innovative.

So it seems build a fun site and sell it would bring more than just the domain itself. It seems there is a potential end user there, would have a try first.

that's what I was hinting at...
sure, there's always an end-user looking for a creative idea that has been developed into website.
that's the hardest part of this game for most resellers. which is to actually build websites for our domains.
it's so easy to just buy, park and get paid!
