I have had several offers for Outstanding.com so i thought I'd get an idea of its current market value by asking DNforum Members before I decide what to do with it.

Your thoughts on this domain would be greatly appreciated.

I think this domain is very good for web design company, or any internet startup.
It might be worth $20000 or more. If I have a startup and I need a good name to jump

Low to mid $xx,xxx is a more than realistic expectation. Mid to High $xx,xxx is also not unrealistic now. This is a rare find to be sure. The positive connotations don't get much better than this. In a relatively short time, the second price category here should qualify as the "more than realistic" option imo.

nice name, but i don't see many commercial applications for this domain.

for instance, what type of businesses could use this domain to market or brand their product.

does it receive type-in traffic?

surely you are monetizing this domain, so traffic/revenue would serve as basis for price, in addition to the quality of the domain itself!

oh cmon, fabulous is probably worse. with all the branding in the world, and all the money and domains and domainers behind, it still scores only 388.

fabulous, terrific, marvelous, splendid, outstanding, extraordinary, plain great...

i would actually go to the world of finances with this one and brand outstanding.com as a collection agency firm, and would maybe target that market :santa:

Where I to market such a name, between fabulous, and outstanding, to me it is obvious that outstanding sounds better.
