Correct me if im off target.. I won't be insulted.

Mid to high xx as a dictionary word.

If a business is using this word in a strong marketing scheme then more obviously. If a business name happens to be "Outstanding" then it would depend on what they want to pay.

I tend to agree that words other than nouns of present tense verbs are not generally that valuable, but I think you have to price in a bit for emotiveness, if that is not a strange concept. This is and has been booked out in large number of extensions.

It also has potential as a site for debt-collectors, so I think I would place it a bit higher say low to mid $xxx.

Except, gerunds are not plain words. Unless it's a cryptic word not used in the 2nd half of the 20th century.
