I have read documented cases where celebs have actually lost in the court cases to aquire thier names. Besides, maybe my name is Pamela Anderson.

You may want to re-read those cases as they may be specific to that actual name.

The domain name in question is a deliberate attemp to profit off of the celebrity name. Do you see a difference?
