As I understand it, Pool.com doesn't send log-in info from their participating registrars so you can quit waiting.
Just contact Parava for your log-in details using the admin email you have with Pool. Your details should already be on the whois, so copy-paste that into your email. cc [email protected] on the email.

Parava is only sitting in line for a paycheck.
Aftersale support they could probably care less about.
Pool needs them and you need pool so guess not much else you can do but wait and be patient.
