NURCA, I'm surprised you hand regged this. I think this will be one of those domains that surprise people. Undeveloped I'd say low X,XXX range. Develop and you'll increase the value. There are so many things you can do with this domain. How about homemade peanut butter crackers?

Well I agree to disagreeI took the time to check the number of searches before giving the appraisal and it gets nadda, so obviously not a common term in the States either.

Sure, you can create buzz around a particular keyword, but generating that buzz costs a lot more then what it does if you have searchers already looking for your product/service.
You're right; natural type-in traffic is cheaper, easier and faster. BUT we're not talking about saving money, are we? We're talking about producing revenue.![]()
The effort and cost involved in monetizing the domain should surely factor into appraisals, no?
It wouldn't be hard to use the power of search engines to monetize it.
I just try and be practical in these appraisal threads.
