unless you make the site, then it's only worth what you paid for it.

persistent doesn't go with .me, maybe persistent.be or persistent.us if you trying to market that spin.

imo...

I disagree with you but thanks for reply anyways.

Persistent.me does go with me, certainly with be it should be "be persistent".

Now lots of time we say "jealous me", "crazy me"- the same way "persistent me" brings some meaning to domain name.

in any case, thanks for your opinion.

where you from?

never heard anyone ever say "jealous me or crazy me", it's i'm jealous or i'm crazy, or you're jealous or you're crazy

i just don't see the logic, but good luck

Makes zero sense and does not go with .ME at all.

I disagree with the posts regarding persistent.me not making sense, but I do agree with biggedon's point regarding value in development.

.me is interesting and I think got a huge conceptual push from Apple's blessing of "me" when it bought me.com, but if you are going.me, then you better have developed something there or you may end up saying silly .me

I think that any alternate TLD sites really can only get adopted by purpose, unlike the classic international tlds like .com, .net and .org where an established TLD brand is arguably more important to most because they are already well branded in people's minds.

So, go be a persistant.me and develop it into something special on the web.

I actually confirmed with my friends and yes they do agree that in day to day talks we do say lots of times "crazy me". I have seen this being used in my workplace and it is big american corporation.

It may not be correct grammatically but people do speak it.

thanks,

Sid

Thanks Commerce,

Also when I checked sales data or websites for sale, I see lots of one word dictionary names do carry significant value. Now .me may not be as hot as .com but still one word dictionary word is more value than just reg. fee.

As you mentioned developing it into something special would be an interesting idea.
