Hi ,

Got that message instead of my control panel page - Please email support@pheenix.com if you have problems logging in.

Emailed them but no answer received.
Phone number I found is down.

Does anyone have the same issue ?

Depend what problem you have
imo for customers problems on pheenix is designate one person by the new "owners"
Pheenix was drop/rip of from ICANN to be accredited and all services was pas out to a new registrar ( can't remember right now )
But at some point ( depend what problem you have ) you will receive a answer & maybe also problem solved

Another one issue.
Few days ago I've requested Auth codes for my domains but still received nothing.
I've emailed support but no answer except auto-response.

One of domains has expired and I need to transfer it out as soon as possible.

Please help.

Still nothing. No Auth codes requested from my control panel.
No Auth codes requested by email from support.

Also I have submitted Transfer Complaint form at ICAAN.ORG but no reaction yet.

Was forced to renew one of my domains with Pheenix . Renewed successfully.
But I have more than one domain registered with Pheenix and I'm still buying domains at Pheenix auction.

Weird situation. Is there anyone who can help me ?

Pheenix.com works again.

I've transferred out all of my domains successfully.

Hi Keep - did you finally get your auth codes by simply initiating the transfer process via their website, or did you have to contact any support for help? I have been trying everything for months and have had no luck! I had to renew, which gives me another year to try to transfer - but man I would LOVE to get my names away from this flippin place asap. So d%^%n frustrating!!!

Hi Jef,

yes, I did.
selected Transfer Out option from Operations menu and all went smoothly
