What do you think the sale price should be for my developed site,
www.phenforum.com? Average DAILY income is $450, which would
be about $13,500 a month. Do you think I could sell this site?

By the way, traffic is about 2000 daily.

Honestly, if it takes you no time at all, i would keep the 13.5K a month and use it to invest in other things.. While those things are just starting off, I would then sell the website for 12 - 18 months (quick sale) and you would then still come off with a very good amount.

Other than that, judging by its history, you might be able to fetch more than 12 - 18 months

$450 a day is a decent income, i will keep tight to that domain if it was mine.
And as SouthernTn said, use the money and invest in other things. But if you get a ridiculous offer for it, take it and run!


But can i just ask you, when did you register it? And how did you market/promote it?

I'd say use that money to advertise the forum. That looks like a very fantastic forum. Great design, very cosy.

Hmm... Where can I advertise it though? I've never seen advertising that looked worthwhile for the investment. What do you recommend?

@DoneDeal: I registered it Jan 2005, and I've marketed/promoted it by
posting helpful info with links in other related forums, and doing some
link exchanges. But, mostly, I've written tons of articles about health
and distributed them with backlinks.

2-4 yrs rev, imo..b/c it's pharmaceuticals. You would have to sell to someone outside the US. As it is illegal to sell (and buy) Phentermine, and other controlled substances, online in the US (some people do it anyway, but they've been shutting them down 1 by 1 like hot cakes-with legal consequences in some cases). Plus, Mastercard has recently prohibited all purchases of prescription meds online (in the US).

like I told u before, keep it. $13500 month is very nice for 1 site. I see it has increased by $250, in what, 4 months? so I take it in another 4 months it'll be up to $650. Hold onto it.

Hey Dvestors, good to see you again. I hope all is well with your portfolio
and that you're rolling in cash. I was actually going thinking of adding
a paid subscription feature on there where people would get all these
additional services including online personal training and a weight loss plan
written by me and my friend. BUT that would just cost so much money
and I'm not sure I want to risk it when most people might not bite.
What do you think?
