i need a little help with a mailing/contact list for a site...what i need is for the customer/new member to sign up for a e-mailing list with their name, email, and what state they are in...then i need the admin (from the site owner's standpoint) to be able to send out emails to all members in a selected state OR to all members...basically my sticking point is how to set up the table(s) in the database, and as for the admin section - how to call a particular section of the table (from a drop down list)...please see http://watscorp.com/example/email.html ...maybe this will give a little better description of what i'm looking for...i'm sure this is not very tough, i just am not sure how to get all put together...i'm certainly open to pre-exsisting work, not looking to re-invent the wheel here...please advise if there are any questions...by the way, i will be using php, html, and mySQL database on this particular project...thanks in advance for any help...please advise also as to what the charge for this job would be if you are intersted...
