The best comparison I have is engineering.org which sold for $200,000 on the old Afternic in 2000. This was the highest sale on the old Afternic and the highest to my knowledge for an .org.

The google on engineering is 45.800,000 so I would appraise Physicians.org at $30,000 - $40,000 for an end user less if it is sold to a speculator or quickly.
