would appreciate a value on this domain.

I have an interested party, but not sure what to ask for.

Thanks.

P.S.

It was a recent drop.

It was pointed at a ppc and has no linkpop, so the drop part doesnt add anything.

I'd say at least low $xxx, maybe more depending on the client.

I've said it before and I'll say it again... know your customer. Find out what they want to do with it, explore a budget figure, etc. Could be a local baseball pitching coach, or a major pitching camp featuring Roger Clemens, or just some bozo making a site for his horseshoe club.

thanks!

the problem is when a potential customer comes to you from a yahoo address, you cant really know much about him/her...

Since I got the email so fast after the drop, I assumed they were related to the previous owner, but maybe not...

So ask. That's what I do. Qualify all leads.

I would imagine you tried searching for thier email address at/in Yahoo, sometimes you can find info this way.

actually I havent.
what, I just type their email at the yahoo search page?

And would they not be using this yahoo address to negotiate, but actually have another email?

it gets more confusing by the minute!

Yup, thats all I do, search their email address in the Yahoo search box.

You may find info which will refer you to their actual site, I found info on a few people this way, worth a try...

Another reason to use a contact form for all domains. This way you can capture their IP.
