to be honest, my take is, either the seller is very naieve and has no idea how hopeless sedo are, OR sedo have told him the name of buyer.
If it's pizza hut or Dominos or the like then he must know he will get paid.
you'd want to be certain before running to all the papers imho

Interesting, pizza.com registrant has changed to (Registration, Private)
This maybe confirming a deal conclusion in the works.
Any news on this? The only thing that changed is the "private registration" under the whois...i know the buyer of pizza.net never paid...that came from the seller.
