What US-based pizza restaurant wouldn't want to own this name? mid-hi $xx,xxx enduser, at least!

theoretically yes. but they won't pay the wedge. .us sales show that.
of course people say it's only some that get reported, but ............

a good seller should be able to sell it to someone though and the com sale can only help them get a higher price. 'IF' that completes, of course.

HI

The .us ext is under valued right now but I would say $6K-$10k reseller price.. and $30K plus end user... but it could go for much more. If the .us takes off..

Thanks

you should really get an appraisel on that one.

This is the appraisal thread on the Number 1 domain forum on the net and it's free, no better place.

Domainer lesson number 1: never pay for an appraisal dude, it's a scam

Lesson number #2:

Ask the person posting xx,xxx for your appraisal to pony up the cash, then you will have learned the true value of appraisals.

*Any domain is worth any amount to any buyer, the key is you have to have the buyer.

If you get scammed paying for an appraisal and this is a free here has one big draw back I have posted 5 to six request for an appraisal with no response so now what? :?: sometimes people have no choice. IMO

It is a real shame that the .us extension is still so undervalued... IMO be prepared to hold for a few years. I would not sell for $,$$$ for sure.

How do you feel about moniker appraisals, given the fact that Domain Capital uses their appraisals, as their financing value standard?

i still wouldn't touch
i'm a Moniker fan but not an appraisal fan
their appraisal can't tell me anything i don't know already, except imho mine's better and free

actually on a serious note i am amazed they use them and don't have their own inhouse team or couple of domainer experts. they could be lending on some seriously overvalued domains imho

Better hurry and sell it. Here is what I posted in the pizza.net thread:

Good idea to put pizza.net up for sale while people think pizza.com sold for 2.6 million. Problem is this guy probably got greedy with the reserve, the reserve won't be met and this best opportunity to sell for more than it's worth will be history.

Put it on Sedo now. Make sure you get a broker to start the auction so it will show up on the first page. Don't be foolish with a reserve. You'll make a killing if it doesn't come out ,before the winning bidder for your auction pays, that the pizza.com sale won't complete.

12,5k is still too far from the potential sale price for this one. Hopefully seller hasn't set up the reserve price here.

Right .us is in the x,xxx range still.
