Did you end up buying this?

It was on TDNAM auction recently.

I was going write you overpaid by 10K but thinking about all those pizza places in the US and Worldwide it seems very reasonable, especially when you take in to account the advertising budgets of Pizza Hut, Dominos etc.

Any plans to develop?

Google results
Results 1 - 10 of about 2,450,000 for pizzerias

Bigger term than I thought, should do well!

I'd love to develop it if I had the time (would make a great local/regional/national directory with coupons, recipes, etc).

Pizzerias are big business in this country. Plenty of endusers. They even have their own association at the National Association of Pizzeria Owners (NAPO).

End user: $25,000 - $50,000

Reseller: $5,000 - $15,000

Strong keyword. Anyone who knows a good pizza prefers a Pizzeria to a Pizza Hut.

Great typo.

That's the problem with this name. Most people don't know the correct spelling because it doesn't look right. You might get a little domainer traffic now but after that traffic will drop to almost nothing.

I disagree. "Pizzarias" does not look right. Besides, demand for the keyword is strong for both variations and you can't build a business with a typo.

Neither one looks right. It's not a word I use.

I'd rather eat at one of these pizzerias than the standard dominos or pizza hut.

You and anyone who appreciates good food. Pizza Hit and Dominos started selling pasta on their menus, they must be doing something wrong.
