if you think you can sell it or develop it to generate traffic in a short period of time then go for it.

i don't see much value

caution: there might be some TM issues with it depending on what you use it for.

TM issues? Someone owns the planet? Google surely...
It seems at least that no one has anything going on at planet360.com or net. What kind of TM issues you are thinking of?
I don't know what is the highest sold domain with hyphen but it surely was six figures. Just can't put my finger on it. One thing is just to sit on it and wait.
But yes I would gladly listen other opinions as well. And "x" rates
