This is an amazing debate all for the sake of a list of fair to middling deleting domain names, which most of us could put together with a little time.

It's clear that even if stuff did sell a list for dnf$, the good ones would be removed, so we all may as well grab a copy of the full list and go through it.

Yes, this kind list`s that I scan You can get for Free, if You know where do search and scanning for snaps takes max 1h - 2 h, and I think taht really pays off, I just yesterday registered one name for $8,75 with namewinner, now I think the snap owner contatced me today and offered $250 for it, I sayd $400 and he accepted, I started escrow, I made more then $390 with 1 h scanning the list.

Stuff, it looks like you have a good niche business there and as much as I'd love to see your lists on these boards, IMO you should keep them to yourself and make some $$ like your example above. Congrats on that sale :D

I agree with Beachie.

This is the real first. All began from here.

I felt that there was an influence in bid price at NW of this day.

I'm not sure what's you mean.
Why is bid influence wrong ?
You should blame only "fake" bidders.
If high bidders pay correctly, I don't find any problems.

Yes I have to agree with mohno :)

The topic of this thread is a listing.

> You should blame only "fake" bidders.

This bidder a bad case knows everyone.

I have checked the first 100 domains in
http://dnforum.com/attachment.php?s=&postid=179700;
I found that the following domains haven't solved in NameWinner.

abbaco.com - $46
anook.com - $89
bjones.com - $8.75

All other domains are solved correctly or just deleted.
I think that the above are still common cases in NameWinner.

> I felt that there was an influence in bid price at NW of this day.

It just means that the list could help members here.
It was just my purpose, actually.

Again, please don't be fool just by the result.
Someone might put fake bids to stop publishing such lists here.
You should blame fake bidders but not publishers.

Yes, it could be better to post such lists on restricted area
to Gold/Platinum members.
If stuff _sell_ lists for DNF$, I think it doesn't cause fake bids.
I'll respect any decision.

> You should blame fake bidders but not publishers.

I did not blame.
Wrote the process.

We all thinking the future. ;)

Ok, in this moment I will not publish that kind list anymore :(
Maybe sometime again :)

The idea of posting names like this to the Platinum only forum is equally a bad idea. Just as a matter of courtesy to other members, everyone should keep lists of expiring names to themselves.

I guess it also depends where the lists have come from. Various services publish free lists (usually trimmed) to attract visitors to their site, and hopefully sign up members. By republishing those lists here it is ultimately detracting from their revenue.

Only a handful of the members here have the resources to parse zonefiles or scan the whois, so presumably the lists are being "borrowed" from somewhere. The scenario I wouldn't like to see is when everyone realizes they can get free lists from forums, and it's no longer economical for the likes of NamePursuit and Exody to operate. They will close their doors, the free lists will disappear and the few with the resources will keep lists to themselves.

What I recommend is that if you want expiring domains, sign up to a good service. It really is worthwhile :)

If you are parsing the zones yourself, and want to give that information out for free, then that's great, but I think the people who actually do it understand it's not as easy as it seems.

When 30,000 domain are dropped, I spend 8 hours to 12 hours for choose around 0.5% target domains from original list.
When I try to seriously get it use SN & NW, succeeds in 30?`50 of registration.
Our many are doing the job in the daytime.
Sometimes, registration expense is even when it is equal to the income for one month, when over 50,000 domains dropped in a day. (SN & NW fee)
Every day it is not possible such work.
We all are not BuyDomains.com

A rational listing, many of the domain that I choose there are.
It is very convenient for someone. Because under 1,000 selected domains.

However, it is published to irregularity here several hours before bid completion end of NW.
There is the person who feels it with good luck, even there is the person who thinks it as unfortune.
It is not the best plan to make someone feel unpleasant in this community.

This is an interesting topic. It is appearing in the result of the vote.

You make the individual site like that listing service with a self. I recommend it.

It is important to cheer up the person.
People pays money to a good services.

There is the possibility that even I pay money. :)

Thanks guys for Your feedback,

Hey, Beachie! I agree with you that anyone should not "re"publish lists from pay-based listing services. I think that it is prohibited by the agreement of a listing service.

Of cource, "I" don't re-use such listing services. I just post lists like a free software. It's not comparable with pay services. It's true that I'm not ULT or BuyDomains. I'm not intend to make own service because I don't want to have any obligation. So, it's free. If you want to have good lists continuously, I also recommend pay services. Anyway, I believe that readers can enjoy such free lists. For example, there is a free CAD software in Japan which is used for business, actually. The programmer doesn't care what AutoCAD people are saying!

$2000 fake bids (as everybody believe they are fake) are too bad. Anyway, Is it so easy to put fake bids continuously? I think that NameWinner will close thier accounts and credit card. And if the bidder was just kidding, I don't think they will put fake bids continuously. It's risky without any advantages. Of cource, if the bidder hates such free lists seriously, s/he would take a risk.

As posted above, beginners votes yes and pros votes no in general. I have no wonder the result because beginners prefer such lists for free and pros don't want to be disturbed by others. I think that we should not depend only on the result because it might be also having "fake". And I believe that we should not go only with loud people ... like me :) Actually, a moderator allows us to publish lists at the moment. He might modify or keep the decision if he think it's needed to drive this forum. I'll respect any decision.

I love teh list, and I love to see your stast.

Same as above for NW^^^ ?
