I personally feel that it's got good scope, especially since .IN stands for internet, and considering the growing Domain appraisal market, I feel this could be of good value.

This is a good domain. Not only domains but real estate and property appraisals are also growing in India. It can be used for real estate site also. Sorry but cant tell you reseller price.
