I've had a few companies express interest in GetDSL.net ... but none so far have named a price they'd be willing to pay. Most ask if I'd be interested in redirecting the domain name to their site and getting a commission for each sale that comes through the name, but I don't like that idea much.

What do you think I should be asking for it?

I think this has two components working against it at this time. One, "DSL", like most of the technology sector is very depressed right now. Two, although good 'typability', it's not the .COM. For these types, I think the .COM is a better choice. Time will tell.
I like DSL, I like Cable, and Broadband is coming Big Time. Hold on to your investment ... but maybe take 'em up on their offer in the interim.
