Just googled it and for "sw1a" Results 1 - 10 of about 228,000
It is some swank addresses in London at least from my quick glance.

Not sure of value as I have never heard of this area.

The location may be popular and I think that adds to the value of the domain. I like the sw1a.co.uk because it's so easy to type in. The other domains are worthless to me.
