Hi Guys,

So I have this domain package - Temps.com and Temps.net. I have a 25 page business plan that needs about $5k to finalize it. I just bought a house and can't afford that. I've been sitting on this thing for ever, too busy to do anything with it - kinda just keeping my head above water.

Do I just sell them or ride it out? If I sell at what price?

Could you please clarify ?

If you own those names, I would say both are nice keywords but also French domains are hard to sell

My friend, who was hosting Temps.net "mistakenly" had it registered to him. I have written confirmation that he acknowledges I own it. I just have to get with him to do it.

Great names and I was thinking temp workers which is a huge industry. very hard to put a price on it because you don't list any traffic or revenue so it's really up to what the market will take. If I was in that industry I would pay up to 10k for temps.com just for the authority it would bring

The temporary employment market is what I'm shooting at. Net-Temps.com would be my closest competition - they have revenues exceeding $1.5 mill per month. I have never developed the site becuase I wanted it to remain virgin teritory.

I've had several high $$,$$$ offers for it.
