Okay, I know that most people have not warmed up to the .mobi's yet, but I think that it is going to be a very productive extension. So what do you think the value of shopped.mobi is?

Thank you in advance!!!

The .com is parked, which tells you something.

Undeveloped - reg fee.

Davezilla how do you come to that opinion? Some of the finest domains are parked mate! Good revenue and massive asking prices are the only reasons most are still parked!

Although shopped as a keyword i wouldn't have thought would be that good on revenue. It isn't really a word i'd type in regularly anyway. But developed who knows. At this moment in time $xx to low $xxx

aggieuk-

Thanks for the input. I read some months ago that flashgames.com generated something like $75 - $100K a year for being parked. So parking can be financially beneficial. Thanks again for the honest appraisal.

There's parked because a domain name makes more selling ads than it could as a developed site, and there's parked because its a bad candidate to develop.

I think its a bad candidate to develop. Thats not saying it wont bring in any type ins, it could, probably will, just like the .com, but it will be extremely low compared to shop.mobi and shopping.mobi.

I just don't see the branding potential for development:
Come to shopped.mobi where you shopped before!

It just doesnt ring.

Then again, maybe as a photoshop artwork site - as in, "is that pic 'shopped?"

its not a word that you use frequently with -ed in the past tense...some other words are ok, like morphed or hyped...like the tld. itself... without development I think this was a waste of money
