Welcome to the forum. Buying traffic is also one of the way to get traffic. It is one of the way but not the only way. Optimize your sites for search engine, do link exchange with existing sites, etc. and try to get unique quality content and there is no one who can stop you from getting traffic.

where are your names parked? Some parking services offer optimization free of charge eg. sedo. Perhaps you should find out with your park whether they can help to optimize the names for you. Good luck.

i think that you are not allowed to advertising your site as sedo policy forbidden any kind of manual traffics, they only accept auto traffics
please check out SEDO ploicy and then start your ads. good luck

No you are most definately not allowed to drive traffic to your SEDO parked domains.

SEDO only ACCEPT NATURAL traffic. You can not use any automated means to generate traffic to a domain parked at ANY domain parking program.

To do so will get your account deleted.
