Hello everyone,

Does anyone know why POOL.com customer service is not responding?

For the past few days i have been trying to email them and i have been getting no response. I have an issue with my .CA'S because i am unable to transfer them to my other registrar. I am worried about this because i think i may lose the domains if not done so.

Anyone from POOL customer service around?

Hey Richard --- old post. Everything was taken care of. I was having trouble transferring a domain after 2 months, but everything is fine now. :)
