i think an archive type of site with some sort of function such as detailed information abt a domain, whois, pages, dns, etc and offer some sort of charge for lookups, could be ideal for a legal team whom needs to refer on such data of past activities of a domain.

could also probe further into people's information, ie, bio of data collected from the web. all information for people could get into privacy issues, but then again its public. am not sure how this will help you.

But surely for domains it will do good. development could cost money though.
if you are for a plain sale, then 15-20K or even higher could be obtained, depending if you are friends with which domain broker....:)

I'm curious about what type of end user can attract this domain?

Nice generic, but this question jumped at me.

Nice generic? It's not drinks.com or toys.com. Adverbs, past tenses and adjectives..., I hardly regard them as a nice generics. I cannot imagine any good idea to develop and monetize it. As someone pointed out PREVIOUSly, hehe, previous what? Sorry, 1K for being a decent dictionary dotcom.
