I think it depends on the use. It's a good domain for a domain parking service, for example. High $xxx - Low $x,xxx

I would market the domain to Car Parking myself. You will get more money for it. Try to find a parking spot in New York etc. I could see a high $x,xxx-Low $xx,xxx to the right buyer.
