Okay, I own Baon.org . I tried to add it to my list of domains @ sedo. About 5 days later, I'm thinking why hasn't it gone through yet (it still says currently verifying) . So I type in www.sedoparking.com/baon.org and the whole page is already optimized and is apparently for sale by the owner. Does this mean someone is using my domain name, and claiming it's theirs at sedo?

Could be the previous owner, as the seller info says they're from the US.

Anyone know how I go about dealing with this.

Whenever a domain doesn't go through within a day for me, I just email support asking them to please recognize me as the new owner and to move it out of the former owners account. They usually take care of it within a day or two.

Since SEDO can't force members to do housekeeping, this is a common happenstance. The other side of the coin is that a buyer may not change anything. I have domains I sold a couple years ago still putting money in my account because the new owners never bothered to update the records.

Send a PM to SedoCoUK here, they've helped me out quite a bit in the past with similar issues.

Problem is if a previous owner does not remove the domain from their account say after letting the domain expire or sold then the domain will permanently be in that account unless it is added to a new account at Sedo. Then, Sedo has a real problem sometimes with adding the domain(s) in question to that new account. Most of the time you have to email your account manager to verify the domains manually into your account.

I've had this happen several times, just follow draggars advice or the process will take much longer
