Hi Guys, Im selling my custom coded property website, which includes full automated membership and real estate website.
The website has the same built in features as Rightmove.co.uk.
Purpose Of Site?
England Property Search lists properties for sale throughtout the UK. Users can then browse listings and contact the owners.
Why would users use our site?
Users will pay only the listing fee to list there property, If they find a buyer they wont need to use a estate agent. Saving themselve
the fees they charge normally 2% - 3% of the actual property price.
How do the payments work?
All payments are via paypal and are re-occuring monthly or until the user removes the listing.
I havnt advertised the site but it does have 60 members
