It is a generic one word domain and gets about 100 visits per day (type in). I cannot mention the domain, I'm negotiating with the owner.

my best advice is to send Monte Cahn an email and purchase a moniker.com appraisal

it is very difficult to appraise a name without knowing what it is.
if you get it appraised through a professional service such as moniker it will be relatively private.
