Im thinking of developing a Rating site for people to post there landscape pictures and just there every day Photos people vote on the quality lighting ect.
Or do you think a photo rating site for people to post there pictures>?

I think the idea of making it a serious photo appraisal site; e.g. with information about the photograph (shutter/lens/aperture etc.) is a great idea for a domain name like that. If you go the 'hot or not' route, you'll be in with all the others.
