that sounds like a good domain name, mid xx to high xx on this domain, shd park it and see how many visit it gets , to see if u want to develop it into a home loans, rates etc kinda of a site..good luck

The term "Rates Apply" is mostly used in tv commercials and newspaper/mag advertisements and of course it can be developed into a 'Rates' website.:approve:
