I wasnt begging, I was just showing a little respect and didnt try to make myself look bigger then I was... I was straight forward, and honest about what I said... It may never work again, it most likely wont... I just thought it would be appreciated by those who have never seen a C&D or C&D resolution before.

Andrew, dude you gotta get outta the weeds man and get back on the quest to domain greatness..stop wasting time with these companies and putting your a$$ out there on the line! If anyone wants to see you succeed it is me brother! This whole thing could have very easily went waaaaaaaaaay differently and just ended up giving you a huge headache and nothing but drama. Despite the fact that you removed all identifiable information, it was still a publication of private e-mails without the other party's consent (I assume). I understand that you were excited and satisfied by the outcome, however it sets a bad example with such circumstances, for the sole reason that you knowingly registered a trademarked name and offered it for sale. This is the definition of that despicable attribution, "cybersquatter".

That's not necessarily always bad thing. I routinely publish c&d emails on chillingeffects.org. Often I never hear back from those who get their work exposed.

If someone expects me to keep shoddily written and groundless threats confidential, they should ask me to sign a non-disclosure agreement.
