Hello,

Here is an older domain online since 2005 turkish-property-world.com

With SSL certificate. It should have added value, what do you think ?

Thanks

How could that be, is that your value opinion. Some webstat websites suggest $1500 - 2500. How realistic are these figures.

Automated appraisals mean nothing. 1 hyphen ruins the value of a solid name. 2 hyphens decimates any chance of a sale unless you're selling a German domain, in the German extension, to a German.

Edit: Typo

agree with shane, sorry.- ignore appraisals, too many hyphens and it's not made for germans who use the hyphens. even if you own TurkishPropetyWorld.com it's ok but a little long.

TurkishProperty, TurkishRealEstate, TurkeyRealtor are some examples of better names but they're probably all gone. try other domains with no hypen with the turkey cctld.

Hey thanks all.

Even the worlds worst .com domain has got to cost around $5.99 a year @godaddy. Thus $0 for a domain seems not realistic and no good to anyone Shane.

If automate appraisals (computer calculated / bot collected / data factors) should mean nothing, how could a 10 year old domain only be $0 only because it has hyphens. Then you suppose ranking a hyphened domain name in the top 3 keywords, also makes a $0 value too? wonder.

Domainoid thanks for the useful thoughts.., Yes, the domain names you suggest are top indeed but unavailable. So I am starting to wonder, why a one word domain name apprasial goes much higher no matter what.

Even before any domain hyphen stage, why not to worry about a past panda or penguin strike. Moreover how to be sure.

I have a domain around for 7 years, and has not been used. It should be alright with the global 50.000 monthly search volume... compared to 5 years ago at 5.000.

How would you rate propertysaleturkey.com for words.

Yes, you paid for it. However, you will not be able to sell it. Therefore, it's worth $0.

Do you own the turkish-property-world.com website?

Are you wanting to know the possible value of turkish-property-world.com for the domain alone?

Or are you wanting to know the possible value of the whole turkish-property-world.com website?
