Revenue Share Revenue share on site development

Hello... I think this is my first post here. Bought quite a few names many years ago, a few 'one word' but mostly 'two word' category descriptives with no hyphens; some are excellent and I think could bring many eyeballs. I've sold a few over the years to generate income, but I want to keep most the others now and generate on-going revenue with them.

I am not Web technical at all and am wondering if anyone can point me to a group, or site, or persons who can create a site with a few of my domains that can take advantage of some sort of proven business model for the name(s) selected. I'd be happy to revenue-share with whoever built it. Details need to be worked out, but I'm looking for a proven qualified and honest person who knows the formula for successful website models, can build a lower maintenance one, and can possibly build 10 or 20+ once we see the formula has success.

For now (rethinking this), I would test it inside the existing Other Item Marketplaces area: https://www.dnforum.com/forums/other-item-marketplaces/

for a dedicated category (node) for Domain Development Partnerships, we would probably need 10-20 genuine threads.. though.. hmmm... let me look into this for you.. really good idea
