I think .info is going to be a good extension. It is very intuitive w/ the right domains.

Agreed. I have never liked .info, but these days there is a need for it. Now that more and more sites are becoming developed .infos are being used more and actually receive typein traffic. You can see the increase in value right here on the forum.

Exactly. It is more and more what people are looking for, good information sites to pull from the overwhelming mass of sites out there (100 million and counting). You can't count on google to do it for you anymore. If there is a good group of .info sites, they will get traffic. And the extension is starting to get marketed as well, as companies/groups want to tell potential traffic that their site is going to provide good information.

And as you mention, domain speculators are picking up on this pretty quick.
