Thanks we did have an offer in the 6 figures a few years ago but they couldnt get the finance
seems like the .com pricing of old has tanked due to too many extensions now available.

2020 would have been a great year to sell this name if advertised properly… but as you said, this offer would have required them to actually have the funds. Maybe you can offer a lease agreement to such high offers, with option to buy, at a later date, or if they pay x for x months then it’s their name. I did that recently for a city lot I sold on land contract; they will own it after 2 years of payments to my company.Thanks we did have an offer in the 6 figures a few years ago but they couldnt get the finance
