Yes, you are correct. But to make it clearer and to rephrase my offer, obviosly the BIN gets sold first by way of a timestamp. But, If the offer for 2 domains comes first (via timestamp), why would anyone post a BIN thereafter? They must make an offer above the latest offer.
Although technically, they could still pst a BIN, it still relegates them to the offers category because someone has made an offer first. Consequently, another higher offer has to be posted.
I understand what a BIN is, but I'd like members to respect my conditions for the sake of a smooth offer process. Timestamp gets priority in both cases. If someone makes an offer for a specific domain, please bid on a better price. If soeone has made a BIN offer first, it's sold.
