I have now called 3 times waiting for over 15 mins from my Cell phone in Singapore.

The bill is probably around $50 USD!

I have had left messages, written emails and still no luck.

My account is still locked. I have been promised email but to no avail.

As soon as I get access to my account ALL of my domains will be pushed to another registrar.

The Customer Service is APPALLING!

James, try calling via Skype, it will be much cheaper at your location. I was calling on Friday morning (US), got this issue resolved relatively quickly after somewhat 15 minutes of waiting, maybe I was lucky though.

Hi,

We've sent a password re- set link several times to the email address on file for your account. For security reasons we cannot send the link to any other address.

Do you have access that email ? If so, please check the spam /junk folders. The link is sometimes going there. If not, we may have to change the email address on the record. But again for your security, we need to do a validation with the account holder to change the email address.

Please let me know either way. We will call you if we have to do the validation.
