Sedo key words

I would like to change the keywords on my .html page.. in the <head></head> section. I'm hoping to increase my google placement by doing so.

Can I do that? or am I stuck with the sedo domains for sale message in there?

You may ask them to do that for you if you are one of the big players and park thousands of names with them

can't you just use frames for that? top frame with header and keywords and the main frame for the sedo links?
