Sedo minimum commission

So, I just got this offer for a few hundred Euros.
Isnt it the rule that it is 10% as long as it is parked at Sedo?

I have been vacationing (as in going too much to the beach in the last 2 weeks), but has anything changed?
I just got a net 50 Euros on a less than 500 Euro offer.
what is going on????
