SEDO's minimal commission to sale dotasia domains is $100 why?

If you have for example a dot com parked at SEDO and you sell it at a fixed price you do not pay the minimal commission (only 10%) otherwise $50 minimal commission.
Why you have to pay $100 to sell an Asia domain????
I am ready to sell some of my good dotasia domain for less than $100 but I can not do it at SEDO.
