SEO for asp.net site? HELP!

One of my sites is programmed in dot net and the homepage changes frequently.
Recently our SE rankings have fallen off the charts after being ranked very high for specific keywords.
Although we have done a good bit of SEO and have great success with many of our other sites we cant seem to get the SEO right with this (our only) dot net site.

Is there anyone out there who is well versed in asp.net and SEO and may be able to diagnose this problem?
Of course we are willing to pay for this service.
